Your profile controls how Butterflai identifies you and adapts to your preferences. Keep it up to date so the platform works the way you expect.
Accessing your profile
Navigate to Settings > My Profile. This screen contains your personal information and communication preferences.
Personal information
You can view and update the following fields:
First name and last name -- How your name appears across the platform, including in shared content and team lists.
Phone number -- Optional. Used for account recovery if configured.
Country -- Your country of operation. This may affect default formatting and regional settings.
Language -- The interface language for your account. Butterflai supports English and Greek.
Timezone -- Ensures timestamps, scheduled reports, and notifications align with your local time.
Currency -- The default currency used for financial data display.
Communication preferences
Below your personal information, you will find communication preference toggles. These control what types of non-essential messages you receive from Butterflai. See section 7.3 for detailed notification settings.
Avatar
Profile photo support is coming soon. You will be able to upload a custom avatar that appears next to your name in conversations, shared files, and team views.
