Integrations Overview

Updated today

Integrations connect your external data sources to Butterflai so the AI can analyze them alongside everything else in your workspace. Instead of exporting reports and uploading spreadsheets, you connect once and the platform keeps your data current automatically.

Where to find integrations

Go to Settings > Integrations. You will see a card for each available integration, showing its current status and configuration options.

How data flows

The process is straightforward:

  1. Connect - provide credentials or sign in via OAuth, depending on the integration.

  2. Sync - Butterflai pulls data from the source and stores it securely. After the initial sync, only new or updated data is fetched (incremental sync).

  3. Analyze - Synced data appears in your Document Library under "Integration Files" and becomes available to the AI, dashboards, and KPI widgets.

Common controls

Every integration card includes the same set of controls:

  • Status indicator - shows whether the integration is Connected, Not Connected, or Expiring Soon (OAuth tokens nearing expiration).

  • Enable / Disable toggle - pause or resume automatic syncing without deleting the integration.

  • Force Sync Now - trigger an immediate sync outside the regular schedule.

  • Delete - permanently remove the integration and all associated data. KPI widgets built from this integration's tables will also be removed.

  • Last synced - timestamp showing when data was last pulled.

Available integrations

Butterflai supports nine integrations: Shopify, Meta (Facebook and Instagram), TikTok, Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Google Search Console, Google My Business, Softone (ERP), and Klaviyo. Each is covered in detail in the articles that follow.
