Custom reports are the building blocks of your Business Dashboard. Each report is an independent dashboard that holds a collection of widgets -- the visual KPI cards that display your metrics.
Creating a new report
Navigate to Business Dashboard > Custom Reports.
Click Create Report.
Enter a Report Name -- choose something descriptive (e.g., "Monthly Sales Performance" or "Marketing Overview Q1").
Optionally add a Description to clarify the report's purpose for your team.
Click Create to save.
Your new report appears in the Custom Reports list. It starts empty -- the next step is adding widgets (covered in article 3.3).
Setting a report as your Overview
Any custom report can become your primary dashboard -- the one that appears on the Overview page.
Open the report's action menu (the three-dot icon on the report card).
Select Set as Overview.
The report's widgets now display on the Overview page. Only one report can be the Overview at a time. To remove a report from the Overview, use the same menu and select Unset from Overview.
Editing a report
To rename or update a report's description, select Edit Report from the report's action menu. Change the name or description and save.
Deleting a report
To remove a report permanently, select Delete from the action menu and confirm. This action cannot be undone. All widgets within the report are deleted along with it.
