Saving and organizing conversations

Updated today

The Knowledge Agent keeps all your conversations accessible. You can save the important ones, rename them for clarity, and organize them to match how you work.

Saving a conversation

Every conversation is automatically preserved in your chat list. To mark a conversation as important, click the bookmark icon next to it in the sidebar - this moves it to your Saved Chats list. Toggle between all chats and saved chats using the tabs at the top of the sidebar.

Renaming conversations

Conversations are automatically named based on your first message. To give a conversation a more descriptive name, click the action menu (three-dot icon) next to the chat in the sidebar and select "Rename." Enter the new name and confirm. Clear names like "Q3 Revenue Analysis" or "Marketing Budget Review" make it easy to find conversations later.

Finding conversations via search

Use the search field at the top of the sidebar to find conversations by name. Start typing and the list filters in real time. This is especially useful once you have accumulated dozens of conversations.

Reordering saved chats

In the Saved Chats view, you can drag and drop conversations to arrange them in your preferred order. This lets you pin your most-used conversations at the top or group related discussions together.

Deleting conversations

To remove a conversation you no longer need, click the action menu next to it and select "Delete." A confirmation dialog appears to prevent accidental deletion. Once deleted, the conversation and its history are permanently removed.

Draft auto-save

If you start typing a message but navigate away, your draft is automatically saved. When you return to that conversation, your unsent message is still in the input field, ready to send.
