Getting started with Butterflai takes just a few minutes. Here is what the process looks like from start to finish.
Registration
Go to butterflai.eu and select Register. You have two options: create an account with your business email address and a password, or sign up with Google. If you choose email registration, you will need to provide your full name, email, and a secure password. If you choose Google, the process completes in one click using your Google account.
Note: Butterflai requires a company email address. Personal email domains (such as gmail.com or yahoo.com) are not accepted for registration.
Email verification
After registering, you will receive a verification email. Click the link in that email to confirm your address. If you do not see it, check your spam folder. You can also request a new verification email from the login page by selecting "Send Verification Email" and entering your email address.
Admin approval
Once your email is verified, your account enters a review phase. A Butterflai administrator will review and approve your account. You will receive an email notification when your account has been activated. This step ensures that only authorized users gain access to your company's data.
What to expect after approval
Once approved, log in and you will be guided through a brief profile setup. You will enter your company details and personal information, then have the option to upload your first files. This onboarding step helps Butterflai tailor its AI to your specific business context.
First login
After completing the profile setup, you land on the Knowledge Agent, Butterflai's AI chat interface. Before the AI can answer questions about your business, it needs access to your data. Your first step should be to upload documents to your Document Library or connect your systems through the Integrations page under Settings. Once your data is in, the AI can start working with it. You can also explore the Business Dashboard, which will populate automatically as integrations sync. The sidebar on the left gives you access to every section of the platform.
